Sales Tax

Sales tax collected only on shipments delivered within California. “AMA Computer Supply Inc.” is required by law to collect sales tax for orders delivered to California addresses. In some state like FL, MA, DC we will contact buyer if Manufacture or Vendor request to collect Tax from us. In all other states, customers may be responsible for paying sales tax to state, county, or municipal authorities. Total sales tax charged on orders is displayed in shopping cart for review prior to check-out.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Most of our credit approved orders, placed before 12:00 PST, will be ship up to 72 hours.  If you prefer to pay by check, we are glad to help you. Please remember that we cannot ship your products until payment is received and verified. (More information See Methods of Payment)

Shipping to an alternate address other than your billing address

“AMA Computer Supply Inc.” shipping policy that protects you against any fraud on credit card, we will only ship to the billing address of your credit card. To ship to a secondary address, other than your credit card’s billing address please contact your Credit Card Company and have them note the alternate shipping address. This procedure will not affect your billing information, and will automatically be deleted from your account within 48 hours. 

Make note that it is your responsibility to follow our credit card policy regarding shipping addresses. Not following the previous procedures will cause a delay in your order. 

We ship your order via FedEx and UPS and method of shipment does not mean you will receive your order within the specified number of days. Please note that we consider from the day we ship your order and not from the day you placed your order. 

We will ship most of our item up to 3 days after clarifying for the item. We only ship to the Lower 48 states.

 HAWAII / ALASKA: We will ship to HAWAII and ALASKA, but the buyer must contact us first for additional shipping cost.

Larger Items

All items above 125 lbs in weight or 129” in total dimensions can be subject to extra charges as this will be shipped with Freight Service or Trucking Company. Please see below for further details:

  • If you don’t have a forklift or loading dock, lift-gate service will be required and a $70.00 fee will be charged.
  • If you require inside delivery, an ADDITIONAL $70.00 fee will be charged for ground floor or a $120.00 for above or below ground floor WITH FREIGHT ELEVATOR
  • Please contact us if you have any special instructions. 

 

No Shipping to:

US TERRITORIES, such as PUERTO RICO or GUAM 

INTERNATIONAL, MEXICO or CANADA: (Some exceptions will be made for high cost items, please Contact us in advance for details.) International shipping rates may vary. Customers with International shipments are responsible for paying the customs and import duties at the time of delivery. In case you dispute the customs and/or import fees, “AMA Computer Supply Inc.” reserves the right to deduct this fee from your given credit card information.

PO BOX or APO BOX or FPO BOX: You must have a verified street address for FedEx or UPS to deliver. We will not ship to PO and APO or FPO Boxes.

More information for your order

 

  • If you have not received an email confirmation after placing an internet order
    with each order that gets placed on the internet site, an order confirmation gets emailed to the customer. If you did not get an order number or an email confirmation the order most likely did not go through. However, we recommend that you call your bank to see whether a charge was made against your account. If there are no charges, we suggest contacting us by Email or phone.

 

  • If you would like to change or cancel an order after receiving email confirmation
    If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order, simply log into your account. Once logged in you will see a check order status. Please remember we work very hard to get your order shipped out the day you place your order.
